" During the initial first visit,Renovations.co.nz will listen to your expectations and concept ideas for your project and induct an initial site inspection to assess any apparent technical or construction matters that may hinder the renovation process. Following our first visit we translate how your concept ideas will look once your house has been remodelled. We can also work from your own concept sketches. Our architect will then contact you then add to your wish list and put together a few floor plan options that best suit your needs and budget. Once you are satisfied with the initial architects plans a complete set of architectural working plans can be produced. These plans will be submitted to council for approval and will also be used by Renovations.co.nz to finalise our quote. If you have your own consented or architects plans we are more than happy to work in with what you already have to achieve a fantastic result. With the team on site and ready to go, the construction process can begin. Ensuring special attention to each client's individual needs, we endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum.
